Leah serves as AVP / Commercial Escrow Officer in our Chicago Title Local Commercial Services division, based in Portland, Oregon. She adds over 26 years (and counting) of diverse experience to our team. Developers, government/municipal entities and clients with complex or even multi-state projects often come with unique challenges, and Leah is skilled in navigating through them toward a successful closing. She is extremely resourceful, and always prepared with an arsenal of solutions, whether in Oregon or beyond state lines.
One of Leah’s most valuable assets as an Escrow Officer, is the deep knowledge she obtained working for sixteen years in our Title department. Those “title level” sleuthing skills, combined with passion for the industry, integrity and a strong sense of organization allow her to provide an unparalleled level of service to clients. In 2021 and 2022, Leah earned awards recognizing her success and contribution to our company within the Chicago Title Million Dollar Club.

Leah obtained her degree from Western Oregon University. She is a member of NAIOP and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (Oregon Chapter). Hailing from the beautiful Oregon Coast in her youth, Leah now resides in the Portland Metro Area with her husband, three children, a cat named Sir Edmund Hillary and a piranha named Bitey. A true Pacific Northwesterner, try to catch her if you can! She can be found playing cards at a local pub, attending a concert, hiking, kayaking and welcoming any other adventure our area has to offer.
